Since its inception in 1997, AYUVI has been dedicated to raising funds to provide free treatment to patients who develop pediatric cancer in Guatemala, giving them the opportunity to fight with dignity against this disease.
The Margarita Tejada Foundation for Down Syndrome is a non-profit institution, established by public deed dated January 14, 1998, by the initiative of 10 mothers with children with Down Syndrome.
They have 10 years of working for Guatemala and generating sustainable impact on more than 7,456 people in 86 communities.
